The very first day, even before the official announcement by the duos Nazriya and Fahadh, the renowned Directors and Fahadh's father was the first person to reveal this news to the media.
I watched this first in the morning to get it clarified. Fazil told reporters in Alapuzha that the marriage would take place in August this year but that the date was yet to be fixed. He said both families knew each other well and were happy with the alliance. He also added that this is completely an arranged marriage where the parents expressed such an interest and asked their children to think over it and decide. And then Nazriya and Fahadh spend quality time together in the sets of upcoming malayalam movie BANGALORE DAYS, directed by Anjali Menon and there, they just nodded yes to their parents, which made their parents really proud and happy.
After this, the video where Nazriya's Father announced the wedding was updated. Her father says they have been knowing Fasil Sirs family from long and its their pleasure to get their daughter married to her. He also confirms that this is an arranged marriage. And when asked about she acting in movies after marriage, her father said it is to be decided by the couple themselves but made sure that she will complete all the movies that has been signed by her.
After this..the much awaited video came of Fahadh and Nazriya live from the sets of BANGALORE DAYS, directed by Anjali Menon. I was so happy to see themtalk about this rather than reading their status updates. I can see both actors being matured and lil blushing during the talk..
After few days, there was an exclusive interview from a channel with Nazriya Nazim where she opened her hearts to all her fans. She made a statement that Fahadh is genuine in character. "Yes, I am getting married to Fahadh Faasil. It was actually our parents who initiated the marriage proposal. Then, we both got to know each other on the set of our current film. We both fell in love and then said 'yes' to our parents for the wedding. The wedding will take place in August. Everything fell in place in just a couple of months." Adds the actress, "I've known Fahadh's dad (Fazil uncle) since childhood."
