Nazriya and Fahadh got engaged today i.e, 08 february at Taj Hotel, Trivandrum at 12.30 pm.

Only close relatives and friends were invited for the function. Fahadh's sisters Ahammada and Fathima adorned Nazriya with ornaments....

Fahadh's father , Fasil and Nazriya's father Nazim has somewhat decided the wedding date to August 21, 2014, which has not been declared yet.

Nazriyas Brother Naveen exchanged gifts with his brother-in-law,  Fahadh on this occasion.

      1) Son of Fazil, the renowned Director:

Yes..This makes him more respected and accepted in the industry. Though all the kids of renowned directors does not make to the acting and into the superstars list, he has done that beautifully. I believe he is the first of its kind in this series. And, Fahdh is known for his genuine and simple character.

2) Well Educated at International Level:

Fahadh did his M.A. in philosophy from the University of Miami, United States of America. The actors who got overseas educations are few in number like Prithviraj (Australia), Dulquar Salman (America).

     3) Greatest Ever come back in the Malayalam Film Industry:

Not every actor’s first films get clicked or sometimes they quit after giving such a flop, but Fahadh came back strongly without giving any small space for complaints or flops. His first movie as debut was ‘Kaiyethum Doorath’ (2002) directed by his father Fazil. After eight long years, he returned in the anthology film ‘Kerala Café’ (2009) directed by Renjith. Fahadh also won KERALA STATE FILM AWARD FOR SECOND BEST ACTOR for his performance in the films Akam and Chappa Kurish in 2011.

This very man just broke all the conventional so called typical hero image requirements in Mollywood and proved that irrespective of all the external attributes, it is always the talent, the deciding factor. Fahadh has always taken the risk of taking such films on his shoulders with his film genre which successfully gave hits and hits in Malayalam Movies.

6) Rotten Love Affair with Andrea Jeremiah:

Fahadh has been open about all his relationships and status that make him stand unique in his character. Once he said in an interview that he is in love with his co-star in the movie ‘Annayum Rasoolum’ Andrea Jeremiah which lit the controversy fire and gossip makers made it a feast when Andrea declines his words publicly. Later, what interested me is Fahadh’s simple words- “ Being in Love with her was one of the most beautiful and significant moments in my life. Though we part ways, I still cherish those moments. BUT I RESPECT HER AND HER DECISION A LOT”. What was striking is the last part which is tough for a man to say. I really love him for this.

According to UN official sources (2013), he is the most valuable young super star in Malayalam Film Industry. 2013 year marked a pave in his career when he acted in 12 films, all of which did wonders in Box Office. He is the only actor in 2013, who did this number of movies that created magic in Mollywood. 8) Acted As ANTI-HERO:

2012, this year turned out to him for a mixed roles. He donned Anti Hero (villain) roles in the same way he does hero roles, that too simultaneously. He acted in 22 FEMALE KOTTAYAM as a  serial womanizer and con with so easiness and perfection. He broke all the so called industry custom of keeping or preserving the Hero value once you get the stardom. He proved the importance of character more than the star values and images. He is really wonderful.

9) Director Bharat Bala About Fahadh Fazil:

Bharat Bala, an Indian Film Director, Screen Writer and Film Producer in his recent interview, praised the talented Fahadh and said he is a fan of this young super star. His words are something that Fahadh can always remember and cherish and keep as an inspiration- “I would say I am a fan of Fahad. I have seen his works earlier. Some of the works that amazed me are 22 Female Kottayam, Annayum Rasoolum and Amen…and I have to watch the recently released flick 5 Sundarikal too. Fahad is a promising actor and he brings in lot of freshness onscreen”.

10) Engaged and Soon to Be Wedded with the most desirable and cute actress Nazriya Nazim:

The new generation youngsters Fahadh and Nazriya is getting married in August, which was declared by the duos themselves and their parents. This is typically an arranged marriage where the parents decided such an alliance and proceeded further to which the couples said yes. Now, they are in love with each other and let it continue forever. Fahadh says Nazriya is a magic and he promised to keep her happy till death. He also adds that she is a Homely and that suits our Fahadh more. Nazriya in an Interview said Fahadh is very simple and genuine. The very first day, even before the official announcement by the duos Nazriya and Fahadh, the renowned Directors and Fahadh's father was the first person to reveal this news to the media.

I watched this first in the morning to get it clarified. Fazil  told reporters in Alapuzha that the marriage would take place in August this year but that the date was yet to be fixed. He said both families knew each other well and were happy with the alliance. He also added that this is completely an arranged marriage where the parents expressed such an interest and asked their children to think over it and decide. And then Nazriya and Fahadh spend quality time together in the sets of upcoming malayalam movie BANGALORE DAYS, directed by Anjali Menon and there, they just nodded yes to their parents, which made their parents really proud and happy.

After this, the video where Nazriya's Father announced the wedding was updated. Her father says they have been knowing Fasil Sirs family from long and its their pleasure to get their daughter married to her. He also confirms that this is an arranged marriage. And when asked about she acting in movies after marriage, her father said it is to be decided by the couple themselves but made sure that she will complete all the movies that has been signed by her.

After this..the much awaited video came of Fahadh and Nazriya live from the sets of BANGALORE DAYS,  directed by Anjali Menon. I was so happy to see themtalk about this rather than reading their status updates. I can see both actors being matured and lil blushing during the talk..

After few days, there was an exclusive interview from a channel with Nazriya Nazim where she opened her hearts to all her fans. She made a statement that Fahadh is genuine in character. "Yes, I am getting married to Fahadh Faasil. It was actually our parents who initiated the marriage proposal. Then, we both got to know each other on the set of our current film. We both fell in love and then said 'yes' to our parents for the wedding. The wedding will take place in August. Everything fell in place in just a couple of months." Adds the actress, "I've known Fahadh's dad (Fazil uncle) since childhood."

NAZRIYA FAHADH WEDDING WAS A HEART BREAKING NEWS FOR MANY YOUNGSTER BOYS

"Child marriage!" went some comments while others said this wasn't the 80s when the men got married to much younger women. Still others picked up the all-too-famous dialogue from the film Midhunam, where Sreenivasan asks a lovestruck Mohanlal whether he was marrying a 12-year-old girl, on mistaking his girlfriend's younger sister for the girl herself..ഈ പത്തൊമ്പത് വയസുള്ള കൊച്ചിനെയാണോ സാർ മുപ്പത് വർഷമായ് പ്രണയിച്ചത്.

While these comments got likes to the tune of thousands, a few pointed out that compatibility, and not age difference mattered. Well, obviously Fahadh and Nazriya don't find it a barrier, and the two have professed their love for each other publicly.

Everything was fine in the morning until I heard the news that Nazriya and Fahadh is getting married from my colleague. I thought it will be fake as we usually discuss movie gossips which are not always true. And then I checked Nazriyas Official page to see the status of Nazriya just a minute before I viewed.






The status was followed by a pic of Fahadh Fasil - 
                 Friends..                  I have got engaged to Fahadh Faasil.                  Thanks for all your wishes.






And then I as totally blank because Fahadh was not in my favourites list. I was thinking will they make good pair...will she stop her career and many questions. Then I happened to see a notification where my friend liked Fahadh Fasils status. I was eager to see the status update which I really liked and loved the way he wrote. HOPE HE KEEPS UP THE PROMISE...

Hello all, just woke up as I was shooting late. YES I am getting engaged to Nazriya. Marrying me is the biggest risk, gamble and sacrifice a girl will have to do with her life. And finally I met this girl who wanted to take the chance and give me a home. My family loved her, hence I got chatting with her and I fell in love with her. I am taking the big step here fellows, and much to my surprise I have agreed to a traditional wedding. I swear this girl has changed me. She is magic. I am overwhelmed by the love, support, thoughts and wishes you guys have shared this morning. I promise to love nazriya and take care of her till death and beyond.

Wedding Bells Ringing

Mollywood superstar, Fahad Fazil & South Indian glamorous Heroine Nazriya Nazim are getting married on August. Details about the marriage was delivered to the media by Fazil, the renowned director and father of Fahadh Fasil, on Monday 20th January 2014.

Fahadh, who made his debut in 2002 with the unsuccessful Kaiyethum Doorath, which was directed by his father, surprised all in his return in 2009 and since then delivered hit after hit.The talented youngster won many awards too in his second innings and acted in critically acclaimed films such as Akam, Chaappa Kurishu, 22 Female Kottayam, Diamond Necklace, Annayum Rasoolum and Amen.

Nazriya, on the other hand, debuted as a child artist in 2006 with the Mammootty film Palunku, directed by Blessy. She went onto become and a popular TV anchor and movie offers came searching for her soon after. She is known for lead roles in Neram (Tamil and Malayalam), Raja Rani (Tamil) and Naiyaandi (Tamil).  She has number of upcoming movies lined up with young heroes both in Malayalam and Tamil.
